Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. However, we will make exceptions if the item arrives and is not as described. If your jewelry arrives and you are unhappy, if you receive the wrong item or one that significantly differs from the product description, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. To request a return or replacement, contact us through email with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Please note that returned items must be unworn, in their original condition, and sent back with all original packaging. Custom or personalized items and sale items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or are not as described.
